Round 1 starts and Belfort and Souza look really strong. They bumped fists and started fighting. For the first 30 seconds, no punches were thrown yet but then Souza hit Belfort with a right hand. Belfort answered back with some punches to the body and jaw. Both of them showed respect for each other’s strength by not throwing too many punches until the last 20 seconds when Belfort threw a lot of left hooks that seemed to have an effect on Souza.
