Karl Williams and Chase Sherman won’t be fighting each other at UFC 287 event happening this Saturday. It was revealed that Sherman can’t take part in the heavyweight fight due to some medical complication. Cynthia Calvillo and Lupita Godinez will now open the second set of prelims instead.
It is still unknown if the match between Williams (8-1) and Sherman (16-11) will be changed to a later date. Williams just joined the UFC this March and won his debut against Lukasz Brzeski. Sherman wanted to improve on his 1-3 record from last year but he lost his latest game against Waldo Cortes-Acosta.
