People privy to the promotion’s planning have informed MMA Hook that Mokaev is set to fight Tim Elliott at UFC 294, scheduled for Oct. 21 at the Etihad Arena. This match is the first to be officially announced for the event. Eurosport initially broke the news of the flyweight bout.
With an undefeated record of 10 professional fights, Mokaev has won all four of his contests inside the octagon. His impressive debut saw him defeat Cody Durden in under a minute at UFC London in March 2022.
