The intense matchups witnessed at PFL 6 event on Friday night have resulted in a series of medical suspensions being issued to several fighters, with three of them receiving indefinite suspensions.

On Monday, the Georgia Athletic and Entertainment Commission confirmed the medical suspensions imposed after the conclusion of the third and final PFL card in Atlanta.

Anthony Romero, who endured a devastating knockout via a knee strike from Olivier Aubin-Mercier, has been given a mandatory 60-day suspension. Additionally, he will face an indefinite suspension until he obtains neurological clearance to compete again.

Likewise, Dilano Taylor, after suffering a knockout loss to Carlos Leal, has been handed a mandatory 45-day suspension. Similar to Romero, Taylor will remain under indefinite suspension until he receives neurological clearance.

Jarrah Al-Silawi, following his knockout loss to Solomon Renfro in the preliminary card, has received a mandatory 90-day suspension. As a result, Al-Silawi will also be under indefinite suspension until he obtains neurological clearance.

The only fighter besides the aforementioned trio to receive more than a 30-day suspension is Shane Mitchell, who suffered a knockout loss to Sadibou Sy in the co-main event. Mitchell has been mandated to take a 45-day break from competing.
