Logan Paul is sticking in the wrestling world! On Monday, he signed a new multi-year agreement with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Paul shared the news on Instagram. Though we don’t know what kind of terms were agreed upon, it’s clear that this deal is going to last for multiple years after his first signing back in 2022.
Paul initially signed a one-year contract with WWE to appear at different big events. While he won’t be increasing his appearances much this time, Paul has now re-signed with the company for multiple years. This means that he will keep working in professional wrestling and growing as an important WWE talent.
Paul said to ESPN that he was really fortunate to have discovered what he’s good at when he was already 28-years-old. He also mentioned how amazing it is that the WWE organization thinks he can do an awesome job and leave a lasting legacy with them.
Paul made his WWE debut in 2021 where he was on TV for a little bit, but the next year he got ready for an actual wrestling match. He showed off his athletic abilities and flexibility during WrestleMania 38 which caused him to get hired by WWE a few months later.
Recently, Paul took part in a very important sports event called WrestleMania 39, where he fought against his opponent Seth Rollins. Paul is well known for performing dangerous stunts in the ring and during this match he dared to jump off the top rope and crash through his partner KSI who was standing outside the ring!
Paul has been talking about coming back to boxing, but it’s not clear if his contract with WWE stops him from doing it.
Paul has recently signed with WWE, a professional wrestling organization. Previously, they sold part of the company to Endeavor who also owns UFC. Both companies are planning on merging before going public this year and Vince McMahon is in charge of WWE while Dana White takes care of UFC. In order to make the deal secure, Paul’s signing was handled by Triple H Levesque, who leads WWE’s creative team.
