MMA Fighting considers Holly Holm to be one of the top 5 female bantamweights in the world. She was a former UFC champion, and recently received a split decision loss from Ketlen Vieira, breaking her two-fight winning streak from Raquel Pennington and Irene Aldana. Unfortunately for Holly, she is 41 years old and does not have much time left to make another title run. Therefore, for the second chance at fighting against two-division UFC champion Amanda Nunes, Saturday night will be an important start!
Santos is wanting to work her way back up the ladder so that she can become the champion again. She recently did not do well in a fight in July 2021, but even though it didn’t go her way, she’s still determined to show off all her skills which helped her win fights before against Vieira and Julija Stoliarenko in the UFC.
