Jose Aldo was boxing against Jeremy Stephens at the Gamebred Boxing 4 in Milwaukee on Saturday night and it ended in a draw. Afterward, Conor McGregor, a former two-division UFC champion, tweeted that he wanted himself to box with Aldo. This made Aldo really angry because McGregor beat him quickly in a match three years ago!

Aldo expressed his dislike for Conor. He said that he talks only to sell things and not to actually fight. His words were harsh as he called him a “son of a b****”.

He is going to discuss with manager Ali Abdelaziz the potential options, one being an exhibition match against Floyd Mayweather Jr. in Saudi Arabia, and the other being rematching Stephens through Gamebred Boxing banner.

Aldo said that they have been discussing Mayweather and Saudi Arabia’s match for a long time. He said to McGregor, “tell him to go away – he is a bad person”. The man at the press conference who translates from Portuguese to English did not translate Aldo’s words, and McGregor found out about it.

Aldo said angrily in Portuguese, “Tell Conor to f*** himself again. We were supposed to fight in the UFC, but he didn’t want to and now he’s been talking bad about us.”

McGregor, who is probably going to battle Michael Chandler this year after coaching The Ultimate Fighter’s latest season, replied back to Aldo on social media with a joke. McGregor wrote: “Well ok then. I was only trying to be nice. Was someone mad or something?”

He then posted another message on social media, and he was talking to Stephens.
