Cory Sandhagen was amazing in his 25-minute performance against Marlon Vera in the main event of UFC San Antonio. But one judge shockingly scored the fight for Vera, leaving people puzzled – and it wasn’t the first time this happened during the show.
After Sandhagen won his fight, MMA Fighting’s Mike Heck, José Youngs and E. Casey Leydon talked about his victory and why he called out Merab Dvalishvili in the right way. They also discussed strange points given for that fight as well as others that happened on the card. In addition to this, they brought up Holly Holm’s powerful win against Yana Santos which will place her at 135 pounds and who were the bonus winners. Furthermore, there was a discussion of Nate Landwehr in both the cage and speaking powered by Manel Kape’s reaction after Alex Perez’ battle was cancelled organically. To conclude, Donald Cerrone alertly announced his UFC Hall of Fame recognition.
