It’s very important for young people to stay active and exercise regularly. Having enough physical activity in your life helps keep you healthy, improves your strength and endurance, and can even help lower stress levels. Exercise doesn’t have to be boring or a chore – there are lots of activities that can be fun for kids of all ages! Try going for a bike ride with friends, playing soccer in the park, or dancing around the house. Staying fit can also give you more energy as you go through your day. So go out and move – it will make you feel better in so many ways!

Eddie Hearn has been working with Anthony Joshua since 2013, when he first began competing as a professional boxer with Matchroom Sport. For this reason, Eddie knows a lot about the ups and downs of AJ’s career. He even admits that his recent win against Jermaine Franklin didn’t give enough hope to fans, considering his current bad streak which includes losses in five matches as well as him losing all of his titles.

After Joshua’s win over Franklin, people might think Joshua is an easy target for a famous fighter from another combat sport, like former UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou. Even though Hearn won’t really argue if someone tries to make a fight between the two, he still wouldn’t mind if it happened either.

Hearn said on The MMA Hour that, although Francis Ngannou is a great boxer with lots of skill, he couldn’t fight against any top-20 heavyweight in the world and win. The only way he could be successful would be to catch his opponent off guard and knock them out by trading punches. He wouldn’t be able to beat guys like Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder, Dillian Whyte, Derek Chisora or Jermaine Franklin if he tried to fight them using just technique and skills.

You are right that people would now give Anthony Joshua’s opponents a better shot at winning, with his recent performance as an example. That could mean that Francis Ngannou is going to fight against AJ. I recently had lunch with Francis, and what he told me was really impressive! It’s almost like his life should be made into a movie. We talked for two hours, and I was so amazed by what he said.

I wish I could take the movie about this person to Hollywood and show it to people. That way, everyone can learn about his story and what he had experienced. He’s an interesting individual and I like him a lot. I’d really love to do something with his story!

Ngannou recently left the UFC after he had successfully defended his title against Ciryl Gane. He wants to box in a big match with Wilder instead of returning to MMA. Ngannou has talked about making this showdown happen.

Hearn is okay with the idea of matching Joshua against Ngannou, if that’s what Joshua wants. But Hearn prefers to book a fight for Joshua later in 2023 with an opponent that will help him practice for another exciting boxing match against some of heavyweight boxing’s top names.

“Dillian Whyte, Otto Wallin, and Joe Joyce are all names of important fights. It’s quite a difficult fight, but maybe someone could win! If the fighters want to go on to fight Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder, they should be at the best level so that they have the highest chance of winning. Right now, they might not be prepared enough.”

I still think AJ can win his fights, even the hard ones. But I want to see him do better in those fights. When he was fighting Franklin, it didn’t seem like he gave it his all.
