The fights at UFC Kansas City started poorly. Joselyne Edwards and Lucie Pudilova had a three-round match, but a lot of the time was spent with Edwards on her back trying to defend from Pudilova’s moves. Even though the commentator thought Pudilova won, it was Edwards who got her hand raised by the judges in the end. After that decision, Cormier shared his disagreement on Twitter.

“Cormier said it was really bad and a terrible start to the night with judging. He was surprised! Jasmine from UFC also tweeted that judges do not really watch fights. Additionally, fourteen media members all agreed that Pudilova won the fight as well. Surprisingly, it’s two in a row for Edwards who has failed to make weigh for her previous two fights.”

Other people have expressed their opinion about the UFC Kansas City judging. Even Pudilova’s coach, John Kavanagh, shared a tweet about it.
